Hi Webmaister,  As I told you before, I,m a complete novice to computers, but her goes.

First let me congratulate you on Dally,s Website, I,m glad I found it. I hope this photo gets through to you.

The details are, it was taken in 1948 when I was 7 years of age., I attended Dally from 1946 till 1952 (my birthday was in december so I left in 1952). I then went onto "Big John Street", as it was called. However that,s another story.

Getting back to the photo. Like most of the "Auld Foaggies" like me, the memory is somewhere deep inside the auld heid!. The best I can do is that,s me in the back row, second on the left.

The teacher is Miss Millar and the boy beside her is Davie Bain (I can understand her keeping an eye on Davie as he was some character!). The 4th & 5th boys in the 3rd row were twins but I can,t remember their names.

The girl 3rd from the left in the second row is Amy McCreadie(I can remember her because her mother always ( turned her oot lovely, ringlets an, aw. I think everybody wiz in love wae her.Especially me.)

The only other name I can recollect was Margaret Sutherland, 8th in the front row.

Some other names I remember from my years at Dally were, Albbie Ford, Jim Daly & Andy Clinton who I,m still in touch with. The next time I see Andy I,ll get him to look at the photo and see if he remembers anybody.
