Eastbank Learning Community Conference

The above Conference took place in Glasgow City Chambers, on Thursday 22nd January and was an excellent working day for our Learning Community.  Our 6 strong pupil council, 3 parents , Mrs Mulraine and Mrs. Winters attended to represent Dalmarnock PS.

There were similar representations from other establishments in the Learning Community -- altogether about 150 staff, children and parents. There were short presentations on the various aspects of our LC such as Health, Sport, Youth development, etc. with plenty of opportunities for group discussion and fun activities for everyone.  Feedback from everyone was very positive as they had all enjoyed the opportunity for interaction with other parents, staff and children from very differing establishments within our Learning Community.

We now look forward to working even more closely together for the good of our entire LC. Throughout the day delegates were provided with refreshments , fresh fruit and a beautiful healthy buffet at lunchtime. All good brain power stuff !!!!!!
